Membership Rules & Information
All attire should be clean and in good repair. Blue jeans are permissable for normal functions and activities. No blue jeans permitted on the golf course. Please click the link above for complete rules.
Food and Beverage Minimum
The food and beverage minimum is $225 per calendar quarter.
Once the $225 quarterly minimum has been reached, no further expenditures are required.
Additional spending over the required minimum will be carried over and applied to the next quarter’s minimum (with the exception of the fourth quarter).
The entire food and beverage minimum $900 can be prepaid annually, but must be paid by February 28th.
- Quarterly minimums do not apply to prepaid minimums.
Reservations are required for the Dining Room and Club functions. Notice of cancellation must be received 24 hours in advance. Cancelation within the 24 hour period will result in a full charge for club functions.
No Cash Policy
The Club does not accept cash. Purchases in the Golf Shop, for food and beverages or special events are itemized in the monthly billing statement.
A service charge is added to the purchase of food and beverages. Additional gratuity is at the discretion of the member and may be added to any Club transaction. Cash tips are allowed at the discretion of the member.
The Club will not be held responsible for any personal property left at the Club or on any of the Club premises, except for personal property entrusted to the Club and for which a separate fee is paid.
Lost and Found
The Club maintains a lost and found in the Business Office and the Golf Shop. Items left unclaimed after 30 days will be disposed of.
Compliments and Suggestions
Any comments of this nature should be directed to the General Manager. Member comments are encouraged, and Member Comment Cards are available in the main lobby or from the staff.
Members shall not reprimand or instruct any employee. Personal opinions, criticism, negative comments or displays of anger should never occur in the presence of or be directed toward any Club employee. Any complaint about employee conduct should be reported to the General Manager.
Hidden Valley Country Club is a nonsmoking facility.

Membership and Guest Information
All members, dependents and guests must register with the Golf Shop before playing.
Members will be liable and responsible for all charges, damages and conduct of their dependents and guests.
Members’ dependents (under 24 years of age) are permitted the privilege of the Golf Course under the following conditions:
The Golf Shop will authorize play based on the current rules stated in the Junior Golf Handbook.
Social members are permitted to play as guests of a golfing member twice per calendar month and are subject to guest fees.
